The Founder of Fintech Academy is a proud graduate of University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Education. Her extensive experience with the Miami-Dade Department of Juvenile Justice has led her to her life’s passion of leading and guiding at-risk Youth from the Juvenile Court system to the classroom. After a plethora of encounters in working with youth, Ms. Beckford began to gain a greater thirst of knowledge by creating her own tutoring business for students in grades K-8th.
